: German uniform patch brought back by Robert C. Wilson, Sr., 1946–This patch depicts the national symbol for Germany under the National Socialist (Nazi) party. Embroidered in yellow thread, it seems to have been intended for naval personnel and was probably attached to a hat before being cut off. The backing material of the patch appears to be twill or similar fabric and the patch is attached to a herringbone wool fabric.

: Ribbon bars worn by Robert C. Wilson, Sr. in the US Army during World War II. Colors are very faded and did not photograph well. The bottom two bars are upside down.Top bar has clutch back and the American Campaign medal, Army of Occupation Medal and Croix de Guerre, Belgium (the ribbon is WWI vintage, not WWII)–Middle Bar has pin back and Croix de Guerre, Belgium (the ribbon is WWI vintage, not WWII), Army of Occupation medal and European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with two battle stars–Bottom bar has pin back and American Campaign medal, World War II Victory Medal and Army Good Conduct medal.
